Hydra Mind — 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with Hydra Mind, email us at support@predack.store within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your purchase. You don't need to send the product back. Limit one refund per customer.

All other products — damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If an item other than Hydra Mind arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund — your choice.

Change of mind (non-Hydra Mind items)
Because these items ship directly from our manufacturing partners, we're not able to accept returns for a change of mind or incorrect size/color choice once an order has shipped. Please review product details carefully before ordering.

How refunds work
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
